After drying, the fibers are separated from the hot air system by a recovery cyclone and finally enter the dry fiber storage tank.
Steps of pressing and board production:
The fourth stage of production of MDF fibers impregnated with glue is transferred to the forming machine by air through the storage tank of dry fibers and from there it is poured on the sieve system of continuous mobility. After the initial compression, some cutting is done and the waste from the initial measurement is returned to the forming machine. The heat and pressure necessary for the adhesive reaction is obtained through the press and the fibers are stuck together to produce the panel. This heat of press plates in MDF production factories is usually provided by steam or hot oil.
